GUAM summit expected this year

The next GUAM summit is planned to be held this year, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Nicolae Popescu said at a press conference following a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Report informs.
“We hope to hold a GUAM summit this year. Our countries support each other’s territorial integrity within the organizations such as GUAM and the OSCE,” Popescu said.
He noted that GUAM also serves as a good base for strengthening economic cooperation.
