GUAM Secretariat congratulates the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of State Flag Day, Report informs.
GUAM (Organization for Democracy and Economic Development) was established in 1997.
Currently, the organization includes Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova. From 1999 to 2005, Uzbekistan was also a member of the organization.
