Georgia to do its best for Azerbaijan-Armenia peace, says FM

“Georgia and Azerbaijan support each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty and Azerbaijan is both a good friend and a very good strategic partner for us,” Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili said, Report informs.

He made the remark at the briefing on the sidelines of his meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Tbilisi.

Darchiashvili said that the two countries are developing bilateral relations in various fields.

"Georgia will do everything possible to achieve peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Economic projects are being implemented between Azerbaijan and Georgia. This is very important for our region,” the minister added.
