Ambassador of Israel to Azerbaijan, George Deek, expressed his satisfaction with the appointment of Mukhtar Mammadov as an Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Israel, Report informs.
"Welcome, Mr. Ambassador! Azerbaijan's first ambassador-designate has arrived to Israel. A new era in our relations," he tweeted.
