The people who attacked the Azerbaijani embassy in France are extremists, President of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan in France, a former member of the French National Assembly, Jerome Lambert, told Report.
"A group of Armenians attacked the embassy of Azerbaijan in France, damaged the embassy building, and committed insulting acts. They should be punished due to their actions before the law.
"These acts were committed by a group of people who are fanatics and extremists. These people are nationalists and racists who serve discrimination and racism. Necessary measures should be taken against these fanatical practices, and such ideas should be completely eradicated," he said.
Lambert said that such actions of a group of pro-Armenian people harm even the image of Armenia itself: "Unfortunately, extremists exist in different environments and operate in various fields. These pro-Armenian extremists, unfortunately, are active in France and cause significant damage to the people around them."
