Foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia discuss implementation of Joint Declaration

On 12 August 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, had a phone call with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan.
Report informs, citing Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense that the Ministers discussed the implementation of the Joint Declaration signed during the Washington D.C. Summit, as well as confidence-building measures.
Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan exchanged views on regional issues and reaffirmed their readiness to continue direct dialogue.
