A group of foreign journalists who are in Azerbaijan to cover the Summit-level Meeting of Non-Aligned Movement Contact Group in response to COVID-19 arrived in Ganja after a one-day trip to Aghdam and visited the places that were subjected to Armenian missile strikes.

According to Report, foreign journalists were informed about these tragic events. They saw with their own eyes the consequences of war crimes committed against innocent civilians.

"There used to be a recreation park here, a residential quarter. The Armenian armed forces deliberately started shelling at 1:00 am when everyone was asleep," Yadigar Badalov, a representative of the executive power of the city of Ganja, told reporters.

He also led the guests to the stands with photos of the victims and said that as a result of these rocket attacks in October 2020, 26 people were killed, including 10 women and 6 children, and more than 130 people were injured.

Badalov also stressed that the construction of a museum-memorial to the victims of missile attacks will begin in this territory shortly.
