Armenia unreasonably avoids constructive talks when offered negotiations, Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said, Report informs.
The minister believes that Armenia is seriously harming the essence of the negotiations on the peace process:
"We have already moved to online diplomacy in this matter, so to speak. Conditions are passed on to each other. Time will tell how effective this will be."
Bayramov added that Azerbaijan, as a constructive party, does not refuse this method either.
