FM: Armenia still hasn't completely withdrawn its illegal armed groups from Azerbaijani territories

Armenia still has not completely withdrawn its illegal armed groups from the territories of Azerbaijan, the Foreign Affairs Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at the meeting of the European Union Eastern Partnership Foreign Ministers on December 12, Report informs.

Bayramov said that Armenia is deliberately delaying the restoration of communication links:

"In particular, the provision of unhindered communication between Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is refused. Instead, after a provocation along the delimited state border in mid-September, Armenia launched a smear campaign against Azerbaijan to undermine the normalization agenda."

Jeyhun Bayramov said that the role of certain third parties in promoting Armenia's revanchist behavior is a serious concern: "Because this prompts Armenia to intensify military provocations and war rhetoric."
