Flags lowered to half-mast at headquarters of Organization of Turkic States

The flags of the member states are flying at half-mast at the headquarters of the Organization of Turkic States in Istanbul, Turkey, in solidarity with Kazakhstan, which mourns the victims of unrest, Report informs.

"Always in solidarity with the people and government of brotherly Kazakhstan, the Organization of Turkic States wishes God's mercy to those killed, healing to the wounded, and the country's return to normalcy as soon as possible," the organization said in a statement.
