Farid Shafiyev: ‘I do not believe that there will be a new war between Serbia and Kosovo’

“I do not believe that there will be a new war between Serbia and Kosovo,” Farid Shafiyev, chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center), said, Report informs.

He said that Serbia still aims to become an EU member.

"Serbia's goal is to be close to European institutions to a certain extent. Therefore, I think that the statement about Kosovo is rhetoric. There is tension, but in my opinion, it will be resolved through diplomacy," Shafiyev stressed.
