Farid Shafiev: Turkish-Armenian dialogue has positive potential

Azerbaijan sees the positive potential of the Turkish-Armenian dialogue, Report's Georgian bureau informs that the chairman of the International Relations Analysis Center (AIR Center), Farid Shafiyev, said at an international conference in Tbilisi.
According to him, the adoption of additional measures to establish peace will guarantee that the South Caucasus will not be used by geopolitical actors in the future.
