“On behalf of the members of the Kyrgyz Club of Friends of Azerbaijan, I congratulate you on the national holiday, the Republic Day. In 1918, the Azerbaijani people and their best representatives proclaimed the creation of the first democratic state in the Muslim East, and the formation of an independent Azerbaijan Republic in 1991 became the restoration and a new historical stage in the development of these traditions of statehood,” President of the Kyrgyz Club of Friends of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Law, Professor Kairat Osmonaliev told Report.
He also noted that today’s Azerbaijan is a dynamically developing modern state, the international authority of which is constantly growing.
“Last year’s success of the Azerbaijani army in restoring the territorial integrity of the country, liberating Nagorno-Karabakh from occupation prove that the fraternal country has everything it needs to defend its independence - a strong army, a healthy economy, an authoritative and wise national leader, and most importantly, the unity of the entire people,” he said.
The expert also added that the Kyrgyz and Azerbaijanis are two brotherly Turkic peoples who share common roots, history, language and culture.
“We have common goals - the well-being and prosperity of our countries, their safe and sustainable development, strengthening friendship, solidarity and cooperation both at the bilateral level and in the context of integration processes in the Turkic world. May our peoples in this noble cause be supported by the spirit of our great ancestors - Manas Ata and Dede Gorgud!” concluded Osmonaliev.
