"Azerbaijan has successfully overcome the pandemic compared to other countries," former President of Moldova Petru Lucinski told Report.
According to him, one of the panels of the IX Global Baku Forum discussed the consequences of the pandemic.
"The speech of the Minister of Health gave a clear picture of the situation in Azerbaijan. The spread of COVID-19 can be prevented only through the joint efforts of the health system, government, and society. The close relationship of the government with society always yields positive results. This is key to success, " Lucinschi said.
