An event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus has kicked off at Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, according to Report.
The event is attended by Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov, Belarus Ambassador to Azerbaijan Andrei Ravkov and others.
