EU's special rep for South Caucasus to visit Azerbaijan

Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, will visit Azerbaijan, Report informs.

Klaar tweeted that he had useful meetings with the co-chairs of Geneva discussions in Vienna and was leaving Austria to visit Baku for important meetings.
