“Result-oriented negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are important,” the European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, said at the meeting with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Report informs.
“The European Union intends to continue its efforts in the direction of establishing peace and stability in the region and opening communications,” the Special Representative said.
