Relations between Azerbaijan and the EU are developing very intensively, the head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, Ambassador Peter Michalko, told reporters.
Report quotes him as saying the parties are actively developing cooperation in a number of areas, and an example of this is the recent visits to Azerbaijan by the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and the European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson, the signing of a memorandum on strategic partnership in the energy sector, as well as the recent session of the European Union - Azerbaijan cooperation council.
"We are very glad to have such a dynamic dialogue with Azerbaijan," the ambassador stressed.
