If Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, sovereignty, and neighborhood rights are respected, there is no problem that cannot be solved, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists on a plane when he returned from an official visit to Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The Turkish leader said that instead of prolonging the process, he expected Armenia to show strong will: "I expressed these expectations during our telephone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on September 11. We do not see any problem that cannot be solved if Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, sovereignty, and neighborly rights are respected. Achieving progress in the Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization process will also give a great impetus to regional normalization."
Erdogan stressed that Türkiye will continue to work with Azerbaijan to establish stability, peace, and prosperity in the South Caucasus: "I hope that our visit will be useful not only for our bilateral relations but for our entire region. I want to thank my brother, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev once again for the positive reception."
