Embassy of Morocco expresses condolences over attack on Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran

The Embassy of Mexico in Azerbaijan has extended consolences over the attack on the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran, Report informs, citing the embassy.

"We are deeply saddened by the tragic killing of Mr Orkhan Asgarov and the injury of two other members of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Tehran," the statement says.

The Embassy of Morocco presented its sincere condolences to the family of the deceased officer and to the Azerbaijani people.

A gunman stormed the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran, killing the head of the embassy's security service on January 27. Two other officers of the security service were wounded while resisting the attack. Their condition is satisfactory.
