Elman Abdullayev appointed Permanent Delegate to UNESCO

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree designating Elman Telman Abdullayev Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO, Report informs.
By another presidential decree, Elman Abdullayev was recalled from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti, and Rwanda, as well as Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the African Union and the UN Office in Nairobi.
