Docherty: UK supports Baku and Yerevan's efforts to reach lasting peace

The UK supports the efforts of Azerbaijan and Armenia to reach lasting peace, UK Minister of State for Europe Leo Docherty said in a post on the social network X, according to Report.

"I am greatly encouraged by the statement from Armenia and Azerbaijan reconfirming their intention to normalise relations. As I underlined during my recent visit to both countries, the UK fully supports their efforts to reach a historic and lasting peace," he said.
