Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Dunja Mijatović will arrive in Baku on October 20, diplomatic sources told Report.
Mijatović is expected to hold meetings with Azerbaijani officials.
The visit of the Council of Europe commissioner for human rights to the region began on October 16.
Currently, the CE commissioner is in Armenia.
