Madagascar official: Corruption and fight against it remain serious global problem

It is a great honour to be invited by the Global Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Operations Network (GlobE Network) to participate in this extremely important meeting in Baku, Director General of the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau of Madagascar, Gaby Nestor Razakamanantsoa, ​​told journalists on the sidelines of the 6th plenary session of the GlobE Network in Baku, Report informs.

"The sixth plenary meeting of the UNODC Global Law Enforcement Operational Network against Corruption is indeed an excellent opportunity to promote regional and international cooperation to make the fight against corruption more effective. Corruption and the fight against it remain a serious global problem," Razakamanantsoa said.

Malagasy official also expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for the warm welcome and hospitality.
