The commission on the delimitation of the state border between Azerbaijan and Armenia may be created soon, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said in an interview with RIA Novosti, Report informs.
"We do not see any insurmountable obstacles on the way to the implementation of this agreement on the highest level," the Russian official said.
"The problem was inherited from the Soviet times and is linked to the absence of the proper international and legal registration of the state border between the two countries along its whole length," Rudenko said.
