Coloma: Azerbaijan - first South Caucasus country to open Chilean diplomatic mission

Azerbaijan is the first country in the South Caucasus where a Chilean diplomatic mission was opened, Chile’s Charge d’Affaires in Azerbaijan Fidel Coloma said at the opening of the Pacific Alliance office in Baku, Report informs.

“We very much appreciate the warm attitude of the Azerbaijani government and the people of this country,” the diplomat added.

He spoke about the economic potential of Chile, noting the advantageous geographical location of the country, as well as the prospects for cooperation with Azerbaijan.
