CIS ready to send observers to elections in Azerbaijan after official invitation

The CIS observer mission is ready to take part in monitoring the early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan after an official invitation, Report informs referring to the press service of the organization.
“We are waiting for an official invitation and will immediately begin forming a mission,” the CIS noted.
