British MP calls on Armenia to provide Azerbaijan with minefield maps

"Armenia must submit mine maps to Azerbaijan," this statement came from John Howell, a member of the British delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), during the discussion of a draft resolution on the "Humanitarian consequences of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan" at the autumn session of the organization,” Report’s France bureau says.

"It is important to clear the region of mines to prevent human deaths. Armenia must submit minefield maps to Azerbaijan. The entire international community must help Azerbaijan in this matter. Both peoples, the Azerbaijani and the Armenian peoples, must move towards peace."
