Blinken: US supports Armenia and Azerbaijan working together toward durable agreement

The US supports Armenia and Azerbaijan working together toward a durable and dignified agreement, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote on his Twitter page, Report informs.

“Hosting peace talks this week with Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center. We support Armenia and Azerbaijan working together toward a durable and dignified agreement. Dialogue is key to lasting peace,” Blinken tweeted.

On June 27, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held bilateral meetings with Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan. Later, a meeting was held in a trilateral format.

Negotiations will last until June 29.
