“I commemorate the victims of March 31 – Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis,” Binali Yildirim, the Chairman of the Elders Council of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), said on Twitter, Report informs.
"May their souls rest in peace in heaven" he tweeted.
