Binali Yildirim, the Deputy Chairman of Turkiye's Party of Justice and Development, has congratulated Azerbaijan on November 8 - Victory Day.
"Happy Victory Day, dear Azerbaijan. I revere the memory of all martyrs fallen for the sake of Motherland," Binali Yildirim said on Twitter.
