The intensity of the negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia is high, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said before the start of trilateral talks with Sergey Lavrov and Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Ministers of Russia and Armenia, Report informs.
Bayramov noted that the last time the foreign ministers met was a little over two months ago, and since then there have been a large number of meetings and contacts at different levels.
“Although the intensity of the negotiation process is quite high, the results are somewhat inferior to the dynamics. But it would be wrong to say that there are no positive results at all,” Bayramov said.
