Azerbaijani top prosecutor meets Iranian counterpart in Moscow

During his working visit to Moscow, Russia, Azerbaijani Prosecutor-General Kamran Aliyev held a bilateral meeting with Iran’s Attorney-General Mohammad Jafar Montazeri, the press service of the Prosecutor-General's Office told Report.

The sides noted that the Azerbaijan-Iran relations, which are based on ancient historical, cultural, and religious foundations, are still developing with positive dynamics.

The parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation between the agencies, increasing the efficiency of work on combating organized crime, including cybercrime, drug trafficking, environmental offences, as well as legal assistance in criminal cases, extradition, and prisoner swaps.
