Azerbaijani top presidential aide meets with Iranian ambassador 

Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev, met with the Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Seyed Abbas Mousavi, wrote on Twitter, Report informs.

“In a constructive meeting with Hikmet Hajiyev, the foreign policy assistant of the President of Azerbaijan, we reviewed the latest developments in our bilateral relations and the current situation in the South Caucasus region, as well as practical steps to strengthen our bilateral ties,” the ambassador tweeted.
