Azerbaijani, Russian FMs discuss regional, global security issues

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov held a phone conversation to discuss regional and international security matters, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani MFA.
The ministers also exchanged views on various aspects of the bilateral and multilateral agenda between Azerbaijan and Russia, including political, economic, and humanitarian cooperation.
They reviewed the outcomes of the recent meeting of the Azerbaijan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, held on August 22 in Astrakhan, and assessed the results positively.
The ministers also discussed other topics of mutual interest during the call.
