Azerbaijani presidential aide speaks over phone with Israeli MFA Director General 

Today, the Director General of the Israeli MFA, Alon Ushpiz, spoke by phone with the Assistant of the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev, Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan, George Deek, wrote on Twitter, Report informs.

According to him, the Director General welcomed the decision of Azerbaijan to open an embassy in Israel: “They further discussed bilateral and regional issues.”
