Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarov is on a visit to Istanbul, Report informs, citing Azerbaijani Embassy in Turkey.
According to the Embassy, the speaker will participate in the 16th Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Islamic Cooperation (PUIC).
