“In the statement of the press secretary of the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the recent tension in the region, it is not clear who the aggressor is,” said Leyla Abdullayeva, head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
“We can comment on this issue, if it becomes clear in the statement who the aggressor is,” Abdullayeva said.
