A commemorative event dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the January 20 tragedy has kicked off at the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Report informs.
"May Allah rest the souls of all our martyrs who died for our country's independence and territorial integrity!" MFA tweeted.
