The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has congratulated Vietnam on the occasion of National Day, Report informs.
“On the occasion of the National Day of Vietnam, we express our best wishes and sincere congratulations to the Government and People of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
"Happy National Day, Vietnam!” the ministry wrote on Twitter.
