The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has congratulated Romania on its National Day, Report informs, citing the ministry's Twitter.
"On the occasion of the National Day of Romania, we express our best wishes and sincere congratulations to the Government and the People of Romania. Happy National Day, Romania!" the post reads.
