The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan congratulated Latvia on the occasion of the National Day, Report informs.
"On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Latvia, we express our most sincere congratulations to the Government and People of Latvia. Happy National Day, Latvia!" MFA tweeted.
