Azerbaijani FM receives outgoing Saudi ambassador

On August 17, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Hamad bin Abdullah bin Saud bin Khudair, on the occasion of ending his diplomatic activities, Report informs, citing the Ministry.
Bayramov expressed deep gratitude to Hamad bin Abdullah bin Saud bin Khudair for his contribution to the development of Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia relations during his tenure and for his professional activity and wished him success in his future activities.
The ambassador expressed his gratitude for the friendly and cooperative relations shown to him during his activity in Azerbaijan.
The parties exchanged views on regional issues of mutual interest.
