Azerbaijani FM prepares a proposal to simplify the visa regime

Baku. 14 July. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry prepares a proposal to simplify the visa regime for entry into the country.

Report was told in the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

The Ministry informs that, in regard with the execution of orders of President Ilham Aliyev, which he gave at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, dedicated to the results of the first half of 2015 and the upcoming challenges, the Foreign Ministry, together with other relevant ministries and government agencies involved in the process of visa clearance, the coming days will present proposals to improve the visa subsystem interagency automated retrieval system "Entry-exit and registration", expanding the use of electronic services and reducing the time of consideration of visa applications: "Based on the presidential decree on November 20, 2014 No. 882 on additional measures in the field of improvement the process for issuing visas, a working group is functioning with the participation of relevant ministries and government agencies. 4 meetings of the working group was held. Currently, the process of installing new equipment in regard with the visa system launched at diplomatic missions."
