Azerbaijani official informs ECO members on priorities of Azerbaijan's chairmanship to COP29

Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov discussed prospects for cooperation between the country and ECO member states.

Report informs, citing the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, that Mammadov participated in the 26th informal meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers in New York.

"Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov of the Republic of Azerbaijan attended and addressed the 26th Informal Meeting of ECO Council of Ministers. Deputy Foreign Minister talked about active participation and initiatives of Azerbaijan within the ECO, prospects of cooperation in the fields of energy, transport, industry, agriculture, ICT, tourism, connectivity, environmental protection, etc., as well as Azerbaijan’s chairmanship to COP29," the press service of Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry said on X.
