Azerbaijan weighs to purchase Russian COVID-19 vaccine

Azerbaijan is ready to consider purchasing a Russian coronavirus vaccine after completing the recognition process by the World Health Organization (WHO). Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told in his interview to TASS, Report says.
"Being interested in purchasing a vaccine, we can consider proposals from our Russian colleagues for cooperation in this area as soon as the necessary procedures for recognizing the Sputnik V vaccine are completed, primarily by the WHO,"
Bayramov added that Azerbaijan, as a member state of the WHO, adheres to its recommendations and methods of treating coronavirus.
