MFA: Azerbaijan strongly supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine

"Azerbaijan strongly supports Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders," Report says, citing Foreign Ministry.

"We highly appreciate the recognition of Azerbaijan as one of Ukraine's strategic partners in the new security concept of the country. We are determined further to deepen our strategic partnership and friendship with Ukraine, "he said.

Notably, a new national security strategy of the country was approved in Ukraine yesterday. The plan mentions Azerbaijan as a strategic partner of Ukraine. Thus, Article 36 of the document states that along with Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Lithuania, and Poland are Ukraine's strategic partners.
