Azerbaijan, Niсaragua mull prospects for cooperation within COP29

The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Nicaragua, Jeyhun Bayramov and Valdrack Jaentschke, exchanged views on the prospects of cooperation between the two countries within the framework of the COP29.

Report informs, citing the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, that the discussions took place during a meeting of ministers on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.

The ministers also discussed prospects for expanding cooperation between Azerbaijan and Nicaragua in political, economic, educational, and cultural spheres.

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening relations on regional and global platforms.
