The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Azerbaijan has expressed condolences to the Spanish government over the loss of lives due to devastating floods, Report informs.
"We are deeply saddened by the loss of life and huge damage as a result of floods in Valencia region, Spain.
We express sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the Government of Spain over this natural disaster," the Azerbaijani ministry said in a post on X.
