Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey establishing Trilateral Committee on Customs

The Protocol on the Establishment of the Trilateral Committee on Customs Issues between the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Government of Georgia, and the Republic of Turkey, signed in Izmir on October 8, 2021, was approved.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
The document reads that after the entry into force of the Protocol referred to in Part 1 of this decree, the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan must notify the Georgian and Turkish parties that the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Protocol have been completed.
